Delivery and Returns
For purchases of more than $30 in a single order, delivery will be free of charge to a single address.
Delivery will usually take about 1 – 3 working days. We seek your understanding that deliveries might be delayed during periods with public holidays. Usually we will require 1 day of processing (from our side) prior to delivery time frame of our delivery partner.
In the event that we are unable to deliver the products to customers, they will be notified via phone and/or email with suitable course of action taken to remediate the situation.
How are the products delivered to me?
Delivery can be in the form of:
A) Normal Mail ($1.50):
- Normal SingPost mail that will be sent to your mailbox
- Please note that no tracking is available and we will not be able to guarantee when the products will be delivered to you by SingPost (*Important* Sky007 Singapore will not be responsible for any lost mails by SingPost)
B) Normal Delivery ($3.00):
It can be in the form of (depending on size of order):
1. SingPost Smartpac – Tracking Code will be sent to you by Sky007 Singapore
2. Local delivery partner (Ninja Van) – You will receive a notification directly from them for delivery and scheduling of delivery

For Cash on Delivery Purchases (Minimum $60), the cash on delivery option will appear when purchases reach $60 and above.
We seek your patience and kind understanding with regards to delivery and we will try our best to get the products delivered to you as soon as possible.
Sky007 Singapore may engage other delivery partners / courier service provider to deliver the products to you.
Please ensure that your address and contact details are entered correctly at the point of purchase as well as when confirming the purchase.
Please note that we will impose additional delivery fee of $5 after the number of re-deliveries by our local partner has been exceeded and the parcel is returned to us.
Incorrect / Defective product
Our sincerely apology if we had sent you the wrong item(s). Please do notify Sky007 Singapore immediately and we ensure that you receive what you ordered as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that you received a defective product, please do notify Sky007 Singapore immediately with the damage/defect observed. If the damage or defect renders the item unusable, a brand new item will be mailed to you as soon as we verified the damage/defect. Take note that Sky007 Singapore will not refund or replace items that are damaged as a result customer’s negligence.
Although we are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, we will accept returns within 24 hours of receiving the item. Otherwise, all purchases are final. All items returned must be in the original condition with the packaging unopened. Please contact us if you wish to make a return. Sky007 Singapore will make the final decision on whether to dispense a full refund for the returned products. Please note that delivery charges apply and are payable by the customers for the returned items.
Do note that Sky007 Singapore will not return, exchange or be responsible for items bought from other sources other than from authorized sources of Sky007 Singapore.
